Terms & conditions

  1. Only applies to pre-owned vehicles.
  2. The guarantee is for 48 hours or 200 kilometers, starting at the time and date the vehicle is delivered (weekends and holidays included). The vehicle must be returned to Southbank Dodge.
  3. Vehicle must be returned in same condition it was on delivery.
  4. Vehicle must first be inspected by Southbank Dodge.
  5. Installed accessories are non-refundable.
  6. Guarantee cannot be assigned, transferred or sold, in whole or in part.
  7. Does not apply on deals with special financing.
  8. Does not apply to vehicles sold as-is.
  9. Does not apply to vehicles that were purchased for commercial use.
  10. Does not apply to vehicles that have been repaired without the consent of Southbank Dodge.
  11. Does not apply to vehicles that have been damaged since the delivery.
  12. Does not apply to vehicles that have been modified or altered.

  • Thanks to our 150-point inspection process, we are certain our vehicles will be reliable. However, in the event there are major mechanical issues with the pre-owned vehicle you purchase, Southbank offers a 30-day exchange privilege.

Terms & conditions

  1. Only applies to pre-owned vehicles.
  2. Vehicle can only be exchanged in the event of major mechanical problems.
  3. Vehicle must be exchanged for another vehicle in stock of equal or greater value (the client pays the difference).
  4. Guarantee runs for 30 days or 1,500 km.
  5. Vehicle must be returned in same condition it was on delivery.
  6. Vehicle must first be inspected by Southbank Dodge.
  7. Installed accessories can be moved to the new vehicle at the customer's expense; if accessories cannot be moved, they are non-refundable.
  8. Exchange program cannot be assigned, transferred or sold, in whole or in part.
  9. Exchange program may not apply on deals with special financing.
  10. Does not apply to vehicles sold as-is.
  11. Does not apply to vehicles that were purchased for commercial use.

Lifetime engine warranty

  • Every pre-owned vehicle has been treated with BG Extended Life MOA (motor oil additive) engine fortifier and comes with a lifetime limited engine warranty.

Requirements to remain eligible for the lifetime engine warranty:

  1. Your vehicle must have all its manufacturer-recommended maintenance completed at Southbank Dodge.
  2. You must bring your vehicle to Southbank Dodge every 8,000 km as a part of your regularly scheduled maintenance, which must include: oil and filter change and BG Extended Life MOA engine fortifier. The BG MOA additive will be added at no charge to you.

  7. Vehicle must return to Southbank Dodge and have BG Extended Life MOA #115 combined with oil & filter change every 8,000 km, and at no more than 10,000 km, or warranty is void.
  8. Engine coverage is up to $4,000.00 if the program is started on vehicles with fewer than 80,000 km.
  9. Engine coverage is up to $2,000.00 if the program is started on vehicles with more than 80,000 km but fewer than 160,000 km.

The Engines for Life program covers the following components:
All internally lubricated parts, including pistons, piston rings, pins, crankshaft and main bearings, connecting rods and rod bearings, camshaft and bearings, oil pump, timing chain and gears, rocker arms, valves, valve spring seat and guides, valve push rods, and lifters. The engine block, cylinder head, and rotary housing are covered only if damaged by an internally lubricated part.
